USA: Potatoes USA Brings About 50 International Buyers to Pasco Showcase on 21 October

Around 50 buyers from 10 export markets will meet U.S. suppliers in Pasco, Washington, during Potatoes USA’s 2026 Reverse Trade Mission.

Potatoes USA will host a U.S. Potato Showcase on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center in Pasco, Washington, as part of its 2026 Reverse Trade Mission.

About 50 international buyers from 10 key export markets — foodservice importers, distributors and retailers — are expected to attend, according to Potatoes USA.

Beyond the showcase, the mission takes the buyers to research facilities, farms, processing plants and ports across Oregon and Washington, giving them a first-hand view of U.S. production and supply chains.

U.S. industry members can take part in the showcase free of charge, paying only their own travel to Pasco. Potatoes USA ran a similar mission in 2024, which brought 53 buyers from 10 export regions to Washington’s Tri-Cities.

The mission comes as the 2026 U.S. potato crop is estimated to be the smallest since 2010, according to market data cited by the Michigan Potato Industry Commission.
